MoodLens currently offers Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise tiers, plus one-time AI credit packs. Pricing is currently presented around plan limits, daily AI usage, and workspace capacity.
Subscriptions and upgrades are managed in the app under Settings -> Billing.

Start simple
Core task management with starter AI credits. Your personal workspace is included automatically, and you can still create one shared workspace you own with up to 2 AI employees.
Plus
For daily use
The practical paid tier: more daily AI credits, docs AI access, more shared workspace capacity, up to 10 AI employees, and enough automation headroom for real use.
Pro
For teams
300 AI credits/day, 30 calls/day, 20 AI employees, 20 workspaces, 100 boards and sprints, 50 automations, plus Pro-only team discussions, Owner Portal access, and the full automation template set.
Workspace analytics, audit visibility, delivery health, and executive reporting in one dedicated admin surface.
Included on Pro for shared workspaces you own.

Credit packs are useful when the team needs more chat, review, or automation volume without moving to the next subscription tier.
What changes with each plan
Daily AI credits, Moody calls, and AI employee calls increase by tier.
Boards, sprints, shared workspaces, and automations expand as the plan moves up.
Docs AI tools start on Plus, while Team Discussions and Owner Portal start on Pro.
If a subscription is past_due or canceled, the effective backend plan falls back to Free.

Daily quotas first, credit packs second
If you are under the daily plan limit, the request succeeds normally. Once the daily limit is exceeded, MoodLens can spend stored AI credits before blocking the action.
Credit costs depend on the operation
Regular AI chat costs 1 credit, document review costs 2 credits, and artifact generation costs 3 credits. Team Discussions currently cost 1 credit per employee in the discussion.
Owner Portal is tied to Pro access
Owner Portal requires Pro access, workspace ownership, and a shared workspace. Personal workspaces are not eligible for that analytics and reporting surface.
Billing is managed in the product
Subscriptions, annual billing, credit packs, and billing management live in Settings -> Billing. Manage Billing appears when a Stripe customer record exists.
